Home Modifications for Accessibility Fund
The Home Modification Loans for Accessibility (HMLA) fund offers borrowers up to $15,000 for Assistive Technology.

The home does not have to be “paid off.”

This is a term loan with a 5% interest rate.

The loan offers a term of up to 120 months.

Michigan Assistive Technology Loan Fund
The Michigan Assistive Technology Loan (MATL) offers borrowers up to $30,000 for Assistive Technology.

This loan is offered through our partnership Michigan State University Federal Credit Union (MSUFCU). MSUFCU will assist with loan payout, related services or resolving payment problems.
